INTRODUCTORY DIVE COURSE works:
Introduction to the minimal criteria needed to know to stay under conditions of increased pressure:-0
... that is, a little bit of theory, approximately 15 minutes, about the most important facts to be able to dive! ;-))
The second step: put on your diving gear
The third step: Some basic exercises in the pool to acquire the competence to dive into the sea.
The fourth step: Diving in the Atlantis - to float, to breath, to be totally relaxed ...
Depth: between the surface and at most 6m depth
Duration: about 20 minutes
For all of this, you will have to bring about 1.5 to 2 hours of your time
We can see a large part of the fish species typical for the area and you will of course experience the feeling of floating-flying weightlessly in the three-dimensional element of the ocean ....
